Valpolicella DOC Die seit der Römerzeit berühmten Valpolicella-Hügel waren schon immer ein symbolischer Ort für den Weinanbau. Der kalkhaltige Lehmboden und das durch die Brise vom Gardasee gemilderte Mikroklima tragen zur außergewöhnlichen Entwicklung der einheimischen Rebsorten Corvina, Rondinella und Molinara bei. Als Produkt einer alten, tief in diesem Gebiet verwurzelten Tradition ist der Valpolicella DOC Le Clivie ein weicher, eleganter und sehr trinkbarer Wein. Ein großer Klassiker der Veroneser Tradition.
