CLIMATE Mild, characterised by good southerly exposure and protected to the north by the Lessini mountains
VINIFICATION The grapes are hand-picked at the beginning of October, selecting only the best bunches. They are then left to wither naturally in the drying room for three to four months, during which they lose around 30% of their weight. Vinification takes place in January and February, with soft crushing of the destemmed grapes. Temperature-controlledfermentation at 18/21°C lasts about 30 days

DRINKABILITY The wine is bottled in glass and has no date of expiry. We recommend storage in a cool, dry place. Amarone is suitable for long ageing
We recommend leaving the wine to decant for at least an hour after uncorking the bottle and then serving it in large glasses.
